We want you to love your House of Smera purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.

Eligibility:

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, in original packaging
• Report damages within 48 hours of delivery (with photos)

Non-Returnable Items:

• Used or damaged products
• Customized or engraved items
• Gift cards

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
